Founder & President - Sean Yost - Sean has been working with youth as the director of YouthQuake Live since its beginning in 1995. Sean’s passion is to see young people established in the purpose and destiny that God has for their individual lives and for their generation. He believes that a new breed of teenagers are emerging. They are a generation looking for a cause worth giving their lives for; a generation poised to change the world. His conviction to see young people mobilized into ministry is being fulfilled through YouthQuake Live and short term mission projects. Sean has been active in missions since 1990, when he traveled to Africa for six months. Since then, he has been to over twelve countries. He has also led numerous groups of young people on overseas mission trips, where they were able to experience personally the transforming power of Christ in salvation, miracles and personal renewal. He is currently the Lead Pastor of Redeemer Church in Ponte Vedra, FL. Sean and his wife, Barbara, reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with their three children, Gabriel, Lydia and Josiah.

Director of Operations - Randi Winkel - Randi has been serving with YouthQuake Live since 2001.  After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from the University of North Florida, she was hired as the ministry's first full-time staff member. She has since completed her Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling from Beacon University. Before working with YQL, Randi graduated from Teen Mania’s Honor Academy. During the summer, Randi regularly volunteers as a missions director, leading teenagers on overseas mission trips. She has been on over 18 trips on 6 continents and hopes to visit Antarctica someday.   Her vision is to help mobilize this generation of young people to be used by God and discover their own ability to change the world.

Development Director - Dawn Hendryx - With a background in sales Dawn has brought her skills & knowledge of working w/ people to YQL.  In the past she has served as Project Manager for KidQuake at Redeemer Church, been a VBS teacher, led small group bible studies, and volunteered for SWAT (Spiritual Wellness and Testimonies) at St. Johns County Juvenile Detention Center. She also volunteers monthly at a food bank in the city. Dawn and her husband, Michael, have lived in Jacksonville for over 18 years and have one beautiful daughter, Katie. In addition to homeschooling her daughter, she loves teaching at their co-op. When not working or teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, cooking, and relaxing at the beach!

Volunteer & Communication Director - Amber Huff - Amber joined the cast in 2010, then joined the intern program when she started college. This experience helped her realize her passion for youth ministry and reaching this generation. She has gone on two mission trips with YouthQuake to Baja, Mexico, and is excited for the opportunity to continue to be part of this ministry on staff. Amber is currently working on getting her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of North Florida. She loves to travel and experience new cultures. This sense of adventure feeds into her love of books, and after a long day she unwinds by curling up with a nice cup of tea, an epic story or a good Netflix marathon.

Cast Director - Gabe Yost - Gabe joined YouthQuake Live as a cast member in 2007. However, he has been involved in student ministry for his entire life. Growing up at Redeemer Church, Gabe felt called to ministry and began serving as a student leader. After graduating from high school, Gabe spent a year in Teen Mania’s Honor Academy. Since then, Gabe has moved back to Jacksonville and took over as the Student Director of r212 student ministry and serves as the Cast Director for YouthQuake Live. Gabe is passionate about seeing students come to know and develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Gabe’s core belief is that it only takes one to make a difference, and students can change the world. Gabe encourages his students to, “Be the One.”

Intern Director - Dante Castaldo - Dante joined the cast of YouthQuake Live as a teenager in 2010 and is now one of the Intern Directors, ensuring growth in spiritual maturity and leadership of our young adult leaders and interns. Dante is working toward his degree at the University of North Florida with a focus in leadership. He is constantly learning new leadership skills that he utilizes, as well as teaches his interns. Dante has served in youth ministry alongside Pastor Blake Bennett since 2007. After helping Pastor Blake launch the City.Church, he continues to serve in their children’s ministry.

Intern Director - Kelsey Hansen - Kelsey joined YouthQuake Live as a cast member in 2009. Since being in the cast, she has served as an intern and is now the intern director. It was at YouthQuake that Kelsey got involved with missions, serving in Nepal and teaching summer school in Haiti. She is a recent graduate University of North Florida with a degree in Elementary Education . Her heart for young people has led her to work in children's ministries & schools throughout the city.

Event Speaker - Blake Bennett - Blake joined the YouthQuake Live cast as a teenager in 2004 and is the Lead Pastor of, a life-giving church centrally located near downtown Jacksonville. Before planting this church, Blake served as the Executive Director of YouthQuake Live and continues to serve as one of our event speakers today. He is passionate about the local church and teenagers discovering their God-given destiny. Blake and his wife, Cierra, have been married since 2012 and enjoy running, eating, and watching too much Netflix together.
